Submit transcripts
Overview
If you've completed coursework at another college or university, or earned credit through exams like AP or IB, you can submit that information to Stellic. Once reviewed and approved, these credits become part of your academic record and can count toward your degree.
Before you begin
Navigate to your institution's Stellic login page and sign in with your credentials.
Note about Official vs. unofficial transcripts
Official transcripts come directly from your previous institution, typically as part of your admissions process. These appear in Stellic automatically—you don't need to upload them.
Unofficial transcripts are copies you upload yourself through Stellic.
Note: Some institutions only accept official transcripts for transfer credit evaluation. If your institution requires an official transcript, contact your former institution's registrar's office to request one be sent to your current school.

Add post-secondary credits
Click Transfer credits from the left navigation bar.
Click +Add institution or exam.
Select Post-secondary credits.
Enter the institution that awarded the credits.
If your previous school has multiple campuses, make sure you select the correct one—equivalency rules may differ by campus.

After you submit, your transcript is sent to staff for review.
Tip: OCR can misread similar characters (0 vs. O, 1 vs. I) or miss information. Always review your courses before submitting.

FAQs
What affects whether my credits transfer?
Grade requirements – Most institutions require a minimum grade (typically C or better).
Recency – Some courses may have time limits, especially in rapidly changing fields.
Credit limits – Institutions typically cap the total transfer credits you can apply.
Accreditation – Credits must come from appropriately accredited institutions.
Why didn't all my courses transfer?
Courses may not transfer due to differences in curriculum standards, credit structures, minimum grade policies, or accreditation requirements.
Can I appeal a transfer credit decision?
Yes. Most institutions have an appeals process that may involve providing additional documentation (such as syllabi), faculty review, or administrative review.
What happens next
After you submit:
Staff verify your transcript or exam scores.
The system matches your courses/exams against existing equivalency rules.
Staff review anything that needs manual evaluation.
Approved credits are added to your academic record.
Processing may take longer if you have transcripts from multiple institutions, courses require manual review, or it's a high-volume period.
