Appointments without calendar integration

Some institutions use Stellic Appointments without external calendar integration. When calendar integration isn't available, Stellic cannot check your external calendar for conflicts or automatically add appointments. This article explains what to expect and how to manage your appointments.

What this means

Without calendar integration:

  • Stellic cannot check for conflicts with events in your Outlook or Google calendar

  • Appointments booked in Stellic won't automatically appear in your external calendar

  • Rescheduled or canceled appointments won't sync to your external calendar

Check your own calendar for availability before booking to avoid conflicts.

What you'll see

Stellic displays reminders throughout the appointment workflow when calendar integration is off.

Adding appointments to your calendar

Stellic provides .ics files on confirmation pages and in confirmation emails so you can manually add appointments to your calendar.

To add an appointment:

  1. Download or open the .ics file from the confirmation page or email

  2. The file opens in your default calendar application (Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.)

  3. Save the event to add it to your calendar
