What's in the report

Each row represents one remaining requirement per student. Columns include:

  • Student user ID, name, and email

  • Expected graduation term

  • Program name and assigned advisors

  • Audit last computed - when requirements were last refreshed

  • Up to date audit - whether the data reflects current program requirements (shows "no" if requirements were still being published when you ran the report)

  • The report will nest down to a few levels of sub-requirements, meaning levels of audit categories or courses that are required.

What is a remaining requirement?

In order for a category or course to display as its own line item in the report, that audit category or course must be required by the audit. The easiest way to think of this is that the report will display categories and courses that sit under "fulfill all" constraints. If a student has choices, such as selecting from an audit category that has a primary constraint that is "fulfill any" or "take at least x courses from the following course set," then the children of that category are not required.

Example 1: Individual courses are required

Audit structure:

Because the constraint is "fulfill all," each course is individually required. The report produces a separate row for each:

ECON 120

STAT 100

Example 2: Individual courses are not required

Audit structure:

Because the constraint is "fulfill any," the student only needs to complete one option - neither specific course is required. The report shows only the parent category:
