Degree progress and audit

View a student's degree progress from the Progress tab in their profile.

Progress bar

The progress bar at the top shows taken and remaining courses at a glance. Hover for credit details. If the student has milestones (non-course requirements), a separate bar tracks those.

Audit types

Audit	What it shows
Official	Officially declared programs and completed/registered courses from the SIS
Planned	All programs (official and unofficial) plus completed, registered, and future planned courses

Toggle between audits by clicking the option you want. The active selection appears darker.

Note: An audit only displays for programs with requirements built in Stellic that match the student's criteria (entry year, term, declared programs). If no audit exists for a program, you'll see unmatched courses without requirements.

Audit display options

Use the dropdown to change the view:

• Full Audit (Expanded) — All requirements with complete details

• Compact View — Condensed overview

• Remaining — Unfulfilled requirements grouped by program

• All Remaining — All outstanding requirements across all programs, accounting for double-counting rules

Program information

Each program shows a breakdown of taken and planned courses/units. Hover over the unit total to see the breakdown by taken, registered, and planned.
